LVS-Lovism shoppers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period after the goods arrive.

If this product does not satisfy you, we would like to express our deepest apologies. Pursuant to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to appreciate the product for a period of 7 days (including national holidays) after the product arrives. For any product that has not been opened, used and is in good packaging, you can request a return, exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

[Friendly reminder] The appreciation period is not the trial period. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the product is unpacked or after the appreciation period has expired.

  • You can apply for return/exchange with us by following the steps/notes below:
  1. Log in to your account and contact our customer service directly on the official website or Line@ , Facebook , Instagram or send an email to service@lovism.com.tw, ​​and provide your customer order number and the name, email, mobile phone number, order number and reason for return of the orderer. If you pay by other than credit card, you need to fill in the remittance account number. After receiving your return request, we will immediately confirm the return-related matters with you.
  2. All returned merchandise must be unopened, partial returns are not accepted, and please return it in the original packaging. The returned goods must include all the goods in this order (including gifts). If all the contents in this order package are not properly packaged and returned intact, you will be required to pay for the postage at your own expense.
  3. Once your return request is reviewed, we will ask the delivery staff to pick up the goods at the delivery address you filled in, and we will bear the logistics costs.

  • Refund Instructions
  1. If you paid by credit card, once the returned goods are received and the quantity of goods is confirmed by the staff, the refund will be processed online. The actual date of refund will vary depending on the card issuing bank. Please contact the card issuing bank to confirm the actual date of refund.
  2. If you use other payment methods, you must provide the correct remittance account number to facilitate the refund procedure.
  3. Once we confirm that it meets our refund criteria and the information is correct, we will refund the money to your account within 7 days.
  • Situations where returns cannot be processed
  1. No returns will be processed after the 7-day cooling-off period.
  2. If any of the products in the order you wish to return have been opened (for example, the outer plastic film has been torn or the plastic bag of the product has been opened), the return cannot be processed.
  3. If the returned goods are different from the order, and if all the goods in this order (including gifts) are not sent back and properly packaged, it will affect your return rights.
  • Situations where a refund cannot be processed
  1. If the remittance account number is incorrect, a refund will not be processed.
  2. The paper invoice has not been sent back (customer service will contact you to reissue the invoice, and you will be required to pay the postage for the reissue).
  3. If we are unable to contact you within 7 working days after submitting the return application form due to obvious problems with the information you filled in, your application will be cancelled.
  4. If we have arranged for the collection but the delivery staff has visited 3 times but is unable to successfully retrieve the goods, your application will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

  1. According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling-off period (the first day starts from the day after receiving the goods). The cooling-off period is not a trial period. The products must be brand new, unopened, and with intact packaging in order to be returned and refunded.
