  • How many days does it take to receive the product after ordering?

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped about D+1 working days from the day after the order is placed and the payment is completed. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.   • How to cancel an order

Before the order enters the packaging process, you can contact customer service directly and we will cancel the order for you. If the product has been packaged or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and please return it.

  • Returns/Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to appreciate the product for 7 days (including national holidays) after it arrives. For any product that has not been opened, used and is in good packaging, you can request a return, exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
